About the Conference
ºìÐÓÊÓƵ Centre of Electrochemical Energy and Sustainable Technology (SCEEST) is proudly hosting its 3rd International Conference on Emerging Materials for Sustainable Energy and Environment (EMSEE 3.0). Building on the success of its previous editions, EMSEE 1.0 (2022) and EMSEE 2.0 (2024). EMSEE 3.0 serves as a premier interdisciplinary platform for scientists, engineers, researchers, and industry stakeholders to exchange cutting-edge research, share practical insights, and foster meaningful collaborations in the field of sustainable energy and environmental technologies. The primary objective of EMSEE 3.0 is to showcase recent breakthroughs and future directions in emerging materials for green and sustainable energy solutions, while addressing pressing global challenges related to sustainability, climate change, and environmental protection. The conference places strong emphasis on both fundamental research and real-world applications, bridging academia and industry.
The scientific theme of EMSEE 3.0 focuses on current trends and anticipated future challenges in emerging materials for sustainable energy and environmental applications. Key areas include solar energy conversion and photovoltaic materials, electrochemical energy storage and management (such as batteries and supercapacitors), thermal energy storage systems, electrocatalysis and gas catalysis, hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, sustainable and green materials, environmental remediation, and the broader energy–environment nexus. Through these thematic areas, EMSEE 3.0 aims to stimulate in-depth discussion on material design, performance optimisation, scalability, and practical deployment.
EMSEE 3.0 will feature plenary and keynote lectures by internationally renowned experts, alongside contributed oral and poster presentations. The conference is designed to provide a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange, networking, and the establishment of long-term international research collaborations.
